How to Claim Your Warranty

  1. Scan the QR Code

    Scan the QR code on your Warranty Card (or the one shown here) to open the official Warranty Claim Form.

  2. Submit the Claim Form

    Fill out all required details in the online Warranty Claim Form carefully and submit it.

  3. Visit Your Dealer

    Bring your GST invoice, the product, the filled warranty card, and original packaging (if available) to your authorized EISEN dealer.

  4. Inspection & Resolution

    The dealer verifies your documents and inspects the product. Genuine defects are replaced free of charge.
